Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping Costs Waggz Grooming Tables and Tubs 

Freight Charges Apply. To provide you with a quote, we require your full address, specifying whether it is commercial or residential, and whether a power lift gate is necessary for delivery. Please note, our pet grooming tables and tubs are shipped on a pallet, and shipping charges are not included in standard rates. International Shipping Quote

We'll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. All you have to do is to phone or email us. Ukal Canada can ship to the United States, Europe and worldwide. Please contact us to place your order.

Shipping Policy Restrictions

*Additional charges and fees may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional. Please refer to the shipping calculator in the shopping cart. Certain items are not covered by the free shipping rates. Tailgate fee will be charged for a pallet delivery where a dock is not available.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday after the reception of your order. Pick up from transport companies also occur Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekend will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday in the event of a holiday. Customers will receive an active tracking number once the product is shipped which can be used to track the shipment.

The transport of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of the reception of your final payment. You will get a tracking number by email shortly after the package is processed for shipping.
Shipping rates include packaging materials, handling costs and the actual postal rate. Some part of the shipping fee is fixed. We strongly suggest grouping your purchases in one order to minimize your shipping cost.

If the tracking info indicates “Delivered” or "Notice Left”, the responsibility of the purchased items is transferred to the buyer. Ukal Canada will not be responsible for products lost or stolen after the tracking indicate “Delivered” or Notice Left”. It is up to the buyer to specify a safe place for the package.

GUARANTEE

All of our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. For all questions pertaining to this, please contact our customer service or contact the brand directly. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of their order immediately upon reception. It is possible that in certain rare cases items may be damaged in the shipping process or may arrive defective in their original packaging. If this occurs, it is imperative to contact our customer service within 2 days to inform us of the problem.

All products available on the site are guaranteed, new and authentic. Ukal is an authorized dealer of all brands available on the site.

RETURN POLICY

Condition of Returned Items:

Requesting a Return:

• Prior to returning any item, customers must contact our customer service at info@ukalcanada.com or 800-665-8389 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Return Process:

• Once approved, please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back to us at your expense. Include a valid purchase receipt if returning in-store. 

Return Shipping Responsibility: 

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to Ukal Canada. If a returned item does not meet our return criteria and cannot be resold, the customer will cover the return shipping fees.

Return Processing Time: 

• Returns are processed Monday through Friday. During normal periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. However, between December 1st and January 15th, processing may take up to 7 additional business days due to high order and return volumes.

ORDER MISTAKES

Before leaving our warehouse, your merchandise has been carefully checked and wrapped. However, if there is a mistake or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us.

For any error on our part or if an item is missing or damaged during transportation, a return number is required. This number waives the shipping fees.
