If you require any repair or warranty work please contact us at info@ukal.ca or 800-665-8389 to get an RMA number from us.

Returns without RMA numbers will be refused, and you will incur charges for the package to be returned to you.

Once you have your RMA number, download, and print the form below. Fill it out all appropriate field and include the form inside the package. Please write the RMA number legibly on the outside of your package.

About Warranty Returns: items returned for warranty work and deemed fully functional will be invoiced a $20 fee plus the shipping cost to return the product. It is highly recommended That you test the item before sending it to avoid these charges.
