* These shipping rates apply only to retail customers. If you are a dealer, distributor or a veterinarian, contact customer service at info@ukal.ca or 800-665-8389 for your specific prepaid amounts associated with your special pricelist.

Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

We'll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. All you have to do is to phone or email us. Ukal Canada can ship to the United States, Europe and worldwide. Please contact us to place your order.

 

Shipping Policy Restrictions

*Additional charges and fees may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional. Please refer to the shipping calculator in the shopping cart. Certain items are not covered by the free shipping rates. Tailgate fee will be charged for a pallet delivery where a dock is not available.

 

Address for delivery

We need your complete physical address in the delivery section and not only your PO box. Certain items must be delivered via couriers who do not deliver at a PO Box.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday after the reception of your order. Pick up from transport companies also occur Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekend will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday in the event of a holiday. Customers will receive an active tracking number once the product is shipped which can be used to track the shipment.

The transport of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of the reception of your final payment. You will get a tracking number by email shortly after the package is processed for shipping.
Shipping rates include packaging materials, handling costs and the actual postal rate. Some part of the shipping fee is fixed. We strongly suggest grouping your purchases in one order to minimize your shipping cost. 

*At all times shipping can vary according to many situations out of our control.

If the tracking info indicates “Delivered” or "Notice Left”, the responsibility of the purchased items is transferred to the buyer. Ukal Canada will not be responsible for products lost or stolen after the tracking indicate “Delivered” or Notice Left”. It is up to the buyer to specify a safe place for the package.

GUARANTEE

All of our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. For all questions pertaining to this, please contact our customer service or contact the brand directly. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of their order immediately upon reception. It is possible that in certain rare cases items may be damaged in the shipping process or may arrive defective in their original packaging. If this occurs, it is imperative to contact our customer service within 2 days to inform us of the problem.

Are these products counterfeits?

All products available on the site are guaranteed, new and authentic. Ukal is an authorized dealer of all brands available on the site.

RETURN POLICY

• 10 day return policy
• If, for a reason or another, you wish to return your product, Ukal Canada will reimburse you for up to 10 days following your purchase. The product has to be in brand new condition in order to be sold.
• If your item does not meet these requirements, it will be shipped back to you, at your expense. If you choose to return your items at either of our stores, be sure to bring a valid purchase receipt.

 

The product must be in perfect condition

• For Ukal Canada to accept your returned merchandise, it must be in mint condition, with the original packaging and tags. We must be able to sell it to someone else and since it is animal care products. The item must not have been used.
• For obvious hygiene reasons all items must still have their tags on, must never have been worn or washed and the packaging must be intact.

 

The customer is responsible for the return

If you choose to return an item, the incurred fees are not covered by Ukal Canada. In the event of a returned item that cannot be sold anymore, the item will be shipped back to the customer. The customer will cover the incurred fees.

 

Return delays

Returns are treated from Monday to Friday. The process can take up to 10 buisness days, except between December 1st and January 15th, where it can take up to 7 buisness days, due to the high order and return volume.

ORDER MISTAKES

Before leaving our warehouse, your merchandise has been carefully checked and wrapped. However, if there is a mistake or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us.

For any error on our part or if an item is missing or damaged during transportation, a return number is required. This number waives the shipping fees.
